Will AVG 2011 Free slow down computers?

Hey guys i was wondering if AVG 2011 Free will slow down my computer. I have Windows Xp Pro. with 1.2 gb of ram. and 2.41 ghz. I have avast 6 antivirus free and comodo free firewall. and i was wondering if will AVG be better.

Avast or Avira are about the lightest. Either way you’re not fully protected.
